Seminars

The Australian Corporate Fitness Group has a team of highly qualified, motivating, interesting and entertaining consultants who have a wealth of experience in conducting Health Management seminars. The philosophy of the programs is to engender self-management and self-responsibility. The Australian Corporate Fitness Group provides education and motivation in areas such as ergonomics, nutrition, stress management, men’s and women's health, cancer, lifestyle advice and weight management, exercise prescription and maintaining a healthy spine.

These seminars enable the participants to maintain a healthier lifestyle and appreciate the benefits of overall well-being. The end result creating a more productive individual in the workplace and a decrease in lost workdays resulting from ill health.

As the seminars need to be custom-built to the users, it is important that we remain flexible in giving you ideas for topics that might be covered and combinations/hybrids of these seminars often occur. Below is an outline of the key areas that could be chosen from and once a selection has been made the session can be crafted accordingly.

It is expected or usual that the presentation be conducted in a ‘boardroom’ style environment and access to a multimedia projector would be required. However we have the capacity to travel to any venue-conference centre, luncheon venue etc. to conduct seminars. Usually ACFG would supply one of its’ notebook computers as sessions when sessions can often be based using software such as Microsoft PowerPoint. At times, ‘slides’ are used as an adjunct to these. Also some pre organised photos of your staff may be included to personalise the session. Additionally, handouts will be provided to each participant.

All training and education based courses are tailored to suit individual corporation needs. These are determined during preparatory/audit phase.

Session Overviews: These sessions are easily adapted to include specific information. Sessions are in the time frame of 1 hour. Please feel free to discuss with your consultant the specific needs of your group, and appropriate modifications can be made to presentations to suit your organisations purpose. These are an overview; complete data/content is only available to clients at time of presentation.
